Key Features
Four Transducers with Degas, Drain, and Frequency Control
10L Tank with a Cleaning Basket
The 10 L tank measures 300 × 238 × 160 mm and includes a basket. Choose parts by usable basket clearance, spacing, and fluid access rather than a fixed injector count. Compatible parts may share a load to reduce separate loading cycles, but a larger tank does not guarantee a shorter cleaning cycle for every item.
Four Transducers At 40 kHz
Four ultrasonic transducers generate cavitation throughout the cleaning fluid. Under suitable loading and fluid conditions, microscopic bubbles form and collapse near immersed surfaces to help loosen grease, carbon deposits, rust, dirt, and residue.
Normal And Degassing & Variable-Frequency Modes
Use Normal Mode for routine ultrasonic cleaning. Select Degassing & Variable-Frequency Mode when the cleaning fluid needs degassing or when frequency variation is appropriate for the load. Removing trapped air can help establish more stable cavitation; the effect on noise, splashing, cleaning uniformity, and delicate parts depends on the fluid, item, loading, and operating conditions.
Cleaning Around Holes, Crevices, And Complex Surfaces
Because cavitation acts in the liquid surrounding an immersed part, it can reach blind holes, deep holes, narrow crevices, and multi-sided surfaces that are difficult to brush directly. Compatibility and results still depend on full liquid access, suitable fluid, material, temperature, and cycle settings.
10–60°C Adjustable Heating
Set the cleaning temperature from 10–60°C to match the approved fluid and part. Heat can help loosen some oils, sludge, and deposits, but it does not replace correct fluid selection or material compatibility checks.
Separate 1–40 Minute Cleaning And Heating Timers
Set ultrasonic cleaning time and heating time independently from 1–40 minutes. The digital display keeps time and temperature visible, while the buzzer and automatic stop mark the end of the cleaning cycle.
Thickened 304 Stainless Steel Tank
The 10 L tank is described as integrally formed from thickened 304 stainless steel and welded on the inner and outer sides. This construction supports routine heated-liquid use when the selected fluid is compatible with the tank and drain system. The stainless construction provides corrosion and heat resistance within compatible-fluid and rated-temperature conditions.
Digital Controls And Practical Handling
The high-definition digital display keeps time and temperature visible during operation. Aluminum electroplated handles support handling, and the independent power switch with dual fuses adds circuit protection. Follow the manual when moving or servicing the unit.
Drain Ball Valve For Easier Fluid Removal
Open the drain valve after the approved shutdown and fluid-handling steps to discharge used liquid without tipping the 10 L tank. Keep the valve fully closed while filling, heating, and cleaning, and maintain the valve according to the user manual.
3 Years Warranty Support
Main unit: 3-year warranty. Standard accessories: 1-year warranty. Warranty Policy.
How to Use
Prepare, Degas, Load, Clean, Drain, and Rinse
A To D
Load The Basket, Add Fluid, And Power On
Before filling, confirm that the drain valve is closed. Place the cleaning basket (A) in the tank (B), arrange compatible parts without exceeding the approved working space or load, and add a suitable cleaning fluid to the required level. Connect the power cord (C), then turn on the power switch (D). Never run the ultrasonic system with an empty tank.
E And F
Set Temperature And Heating Time
Use the temperature adjustment key (E) to select a temperature from 10–60°C that is approved for both the fluid and the parts. Set the heating time within the 1–40 minute range as required, then press the heating key (F). The buzzer sounds when the set temperature is reached.
G
Select The Cleaning Mode
The cleaner starts in Normal Mode. Press the degassing switch key (G) to use Degassing & Frequency-Sweep Mode when appropriate for the fresh fluid or cleaning task. The mode can be switched during operation, but the chosen mode should follow the part, fluid, and process guidance.
H And I
Set The Cleaning Cycle And Finish
Use the time adjustment key (H) to set 1–40 minutes, then press the ultrasonic start key (I). The buzzer sounds and ultrasonic cleaning stops automatically at the end of the cycle. Visually inspect the parts and repeat only when the approved method calls for another cycle. Before draining, follow the manual for cooling, switching off, disconnecting power, and handling the used fluid; then route the drain valve safely and close it again after service.
Safety & Compatibility
Control Solution, Temperature, Load, and Drain Handling
Confirm Part, Fluid, And Temperature Compatibility
Use only a cleaning fluid suitable for the item, tank, basket, seals, and drain system. Confirm compatibility before immersing plated parts, fragile items, jewelry, sensors, circuit boards, laboratory tools, adhesives, coatings, seals, or mixed-material assemblies. Ultrasonic cleaning and variable-frequency operation do not guarantee that a delicate item is safe to clean.
Do Not Run The Tank Dry
Add compatible fluid before ultrasonic cleaning or heating, keep the load within the basket and working space, and stop for abnormal sound, leakage, overheating or electrical behavior. Confirm basket dimensions and maximum load in the current manual or with AUTOOL.
Keep The Drain Valve Closed During Operation
Confirm the valve is fully closed before filling, heating, or cleaning. Handle hot or contaminated liquid only after the approved cooling, shutdown, disconnection, drainage, and disposal steps. Confirm whether the valve assembly is factory-installed or supplied for installation before first use.
Automotive Parts
Candidate applications include compatible fuel injector parts, sensors, valves, engine hardware, and other small automotive components. Each item must fit the tank and basket, tolerate immersion and ultrasonic energy, and be compatible with the selected fluid. CT85 cleans compatible parts but does not evaluate injector performance.
Hardware And Tools
Metal hardware, small tools, and washable precision components may be suitable when their materials, finishes, joints, and trapped cavities are compatible with the fluid, temperature, and ultrasonic process.
Jewelry And Small Items
Use only for jewelry and small objects confirmed safe for liquid ultrasonic cleaning. Stones, settings, coatings, adhesives, and soft or porous materials may need a different method.
Laboratory Tools And Circuit Boards
Clean laboratory tools or circuit boards only when the complete assembly is confirmed suitable for immersion, the cleaning fluid is suitable, and the required rinsing and drying process is available. Remove power and follow the item manufacturer’s service guidance.
Choose Cleaning or Performance Testing
Use CT85 for ultrasonic cleaning of compatible injector parts. Choose an injector cleaner and tester or specialist service when spray, leakage, flow, pressure or electrical drive must be evaluated.

FAQs
Tank, Frequency, and Solution Questions
Why Choose CT85 Over CT83 For A Workshop?
CT85 increases tank capacity from 3 L to 10 L and uses four transducers instead of two. Its 300 × 238 × 160 mm tank provides more space for larger or multi-part loads, and the drain valve empties fluid without lifting or tilting the unit. CT83 remains the more compact choice when its tank and basket fit the work.
How Does CT85 Clean Hard-To-Reach Areas?
Cavitation occurs in the fluid around immersed surfaces, so it can act around blind holes, deep holes, narrow crevices, and complex shapes that are hard to brush. Degassing can remove trapped air from fresh fluid and help establish more stable cavitation. Results depend on liquid access, fluid, material, loading, temperature, and time.
What Size Parts Fit In CT85?
The tank measures 300 × 238 × 160 mm, but usable basket space, liquid level, part spacing, and load limits may be smaller. Confirm effective basket dimensions and maximum load before ordering; do not use the 10 L volume as a fixed parts or injector count.
What Cleaning Fluid Should I Use?
Use a fluid suitable for the item and compatible with the 304 stainless steel tank, basket, seals, and drain system. Follow the fluid manufacturer’s temperature, ventilation, handling, rinsing, and disposal instructions. Do not start heating or ultrasonic cleaning until the correct fluid and working level are confirmed.
Can CT85 Test Fuel Injectors?
No. CT85 ultrasonically cleans compatible injector parts. Choose suitable injector testing equipment or specialist service for spray, leakage, flow, pressure and drive checks.
How Do I Drain The Tank?
Keep the ball valve closed while filling, heating, and cleaning. After the cycle, follow the current manual for cooling, switching off, disconnecting power, routing the outlet, opening the valve, handling or disposing of the fluid, and closing and maintaining the valve. Do not lift or tilt a filled tank to bypass the valve.
Which Power Version Should I Order?
CT85 is offered in AC 110 V and 220 V, 50/60 Hz versions. Order the version that matches the destination power supply and plug configuration; do not assume one unit automatically switches between both voltages.
Is A Downloadable Manual Available?
The package list includes a CT85 user manual. Contact AUTOOL Store to request the operating instructions and confirm the available language and version. Use instructions for CT85 and the power version you ordered.
What Comes in the Box, and What Else Do I Need?
The package list includes the main unit, retail box, lid, basket, drain-valve assembly, power cord and CT85 manual. Prepare a compatible cleaning fluid and confirm whether any fluid or extra accessory is supplied with your order. Check the power version and valve configuration before first use.
