Two industrial transducers generate 40 kHz ultrasonic action in the cleaning fluid around compatible immersed parts and complex shapes.
Normal and Degassing Modes
Use Normal Mode for a standard cleaning cycle, or switch on Degassing & Variable-Frequency Mode to help release trapped air from the fluid and support cavitation around complex surfaces. The best mode—and its noise, splashing, and effect on delicate parts—depends on the fluid, load, settings, part, and contamination.
3L Cleaning Tank and Basket
The 3L tank and basket accommodate suitable small parts. Compare the part with the 239 × 137 × 100 mm tank and leave clearance for the basket and cleaning fluid.
Adjustable Heating from 10 to 60°C
Set heating from 10–60°C to suit the approved cleaning fluid and part. Compatible heated cleaning can help loosen deposits alongside the selected ultrasonic cycle.
Separate 1–40 Minute Timing
Adjust cleaning time and heating time separately from 1 to 40 minutes. A buzzer signals when the set temperature is reached, and another signal marks the end of the cleaning cycle before the machine stops automatically.
Thickened 304 Stainless Steel Tank
The cleaning tank uses thickened 304 stainless steel for corrosion and heat resistance in repeated benchtop cleaning. Actual service life still depends on the suitable cleaning fluid, temperature, load, care, and maintenance.

How to Use
Prepare Solution, Degas, Load, Clean, and Rinse

A to D
Load the Basket, Add Fluid, and Power On
Place the cleaning basket (A) in the tank (B), arrange compatible parts without crowding them, and add a cleaning fluid suitable for the machine, material, and residue. Connect the power cord (C), then turn on the power switch (D). Never start ultrasonic cleaning with a dry tank.
E and F
Set Temperature and Start Heating
Use the temperature adjustment key (E) to select a setting from 10 to 60°C. Press the heating key (F) to start heating only when both the part and fluid permit the selected temperature. The buzzer sounds when the set temperature is reached.

Select the Cleaning Mode
CT83 starts in Normal Mode. Press G to switch Degassing & Variable-Frequency Mode on or off, then select the mode that matches the prepared fluid, load and cleaning task.
H and I
Set Time and Start Ultrasonic Cleaning
Use the time adjustment key (H) to set a 1–40 minute cleaning cycle, then press the ultrasonic start key (I). A buzzer sounds when the cycle ends, and the machine stops automatically.
Inspect and Finish the Job
After the cycle, inspect the parts and follow their rinsing, drying and return-to-service instructions. Use an injector test bench when flow, sealing or spray performance must be checked.

Match the Fluid, Material, and Deposit
Use a cleaning fluid suitable for the CT83, the item, and the contamination being removed. Follow the fluid and part instructions for concentration, temperature, handling, rinsing, and disposal. Do not assume that one fluid or temperature is suitable for every job.
Do Not Run the Tank Dry
Add the correct amount of suitable fluid before ultrasonic operation. Do not run ultrasonic cleaning without fluid in the tank.
Confirm Heat and Immersion Compatibility
Check seals, coatings, adhesives, electronics, finishes, stones, and other sensitive materials before immersion, ultrasonic action, or heating. Fragile items, jewelry, circuit boards, laboratory tools, and coated parts require item-specific confirmation.
