How To Choose

How To Choose

Choose the right HTS dry ice cleaning machine based on dry ice capacity, workshop workload, pressure monitoring, compressor setup, hose length, flat nozzle needs, and dry ice supply.

Need A Basic Dry Ice Blaster?

Choose HTS705 if you need a lighter, more affordable basic model with 5kg dry ice capacity. HTS705 includes a flat nozzle by default.

Need Higher Cleaning Efficiency?

Choose HTS708 if you need a professional dry ice blaster for busy workshops. It has 7.5kg dry ice capacity for longer and more efficient operation.

Need More Precise Pressure Monitoring?

Choose HTS709 if you need an upgraded model with dual pressure gauges for more precise pressure monitoring during dry ice blasting.

Need To Confirm Air Compressor?

The machine does not include an air compressor. Use an air compressor above 7.5kW with a storage tank above 300L. A filter drier is recommended.

Need Hose Or Flat Nozzle?

The standard blasting hose is 3m, and custom hoses up to 5m are supported. HTS705 includes a flat nozzle; HTS708 and HTS709 can purchase it separately.

Need Dry Ice Supply?

Use 3-5mm dry ice pellets. The comparison chart lists 3mm dry ice particles, while the buying guidance recommends 3-5mm pellets.

Key Features

Key Features

The HTS series is designed for smooth ice delivery, adjustable cleaning output, extended operation, workshop mobility, and efficient carbon cleaning without chemical or abrasive residue.

Large-Diameter Oil-Water Separator

Prevents water from mixing with dry ice, reducing dry ice clumping, pipeline blockage, and internal moisture accumulation.

High Dry Ice Capacity

HTS705 holds 5kg dry ice, while HTS708 and HTS709 provide 7.5kg capacity for longer continuous operation.

Spiral Ice Separation Technology

Continuously stirs dry ice to prevent clumping, ensuring smoother delivery and uninterrupted cleaning.

Smart Control Panel

Built-in microcomputer allows pressure control and adjustable ice feed speed for different cleaning conditions.

Efficient Carbon Cleaning

Helps clean carbon deposits from throttle bodies, intake valves, engine components, and combustion chambers in about 15 minutes without unnecessary disassembly.

Ergonomic Workshop Design

Push handle, control panel, air source interface, and four 360° swivel wheels improve mobility and reduce labor effort.

How It Works

How It Works

The AUTOOL dry ice blaster uses compressed air to accelerate dry ice pellets and spray them at high speed onto contaminated surfaces. On contact, the dry ice pellets rapidly sublimate, producing a micro-explosion and thermal shock effect that breaks the bond between carbon deposits, grease, and the base surface while leaving the base material intact.

Compressed Air Acceleration

Compressed air accelerates dry ice pellets and sprays them at high speed onto contaminated surfaces such as intake manifolds, combustion chambers, or chassis areas.

Thermal Shock And Micro-Explosion

On contact, dry ice rapidly sublimates and creates a micro-explosion effect that breaks the bond between carbon deposits, grease, and the metal surface.

No Secondary Waste

Dry ice turns into gas instantly, leaving no blasting media, water, or chemical residue behind.

Applications

Applications

Use the HTS dry ice cleaning machine for automotive carbon cleaning, chassis cleaning, industrial cleaning, and mold remediation within the correct pressure and application boundaries.

Automotive Carbon Cleaning

Clean intake manifolds, intake valves, exhaust valves, combustion chambers, throttle bodies, and related engine components.

Vehicle Chassis Cleaning

Remove grease, dirt, and stubborn contamination from chassis areas without abrasive media residue.

Industrial Cleaning

Suitable for rubber, casting, shipping, power, chemical, printing, plastics, food, pharmaceuticals, aviation, and more.

Mold Remediation

When following IAQA standards, dry ice blasting can remove 99.9% of mold spores, reduce project time, avoid secondary waste, and help deodorize affected areas.

Product Details

Product Details

Dry ice blasting is powerful for surface contamination, but it is non-abrasive. Confirm its limits before using it for rust, paint, or interior cleaning.

Rust Removal Boundary

Dry ice blasting can remove loosely adhered rust, surface rust, oxidation, and salt. It cannot remove deeply adhered rust or pitting oxidation. Deep rust still requires physical grinding.

Paint Removal Boundary

Dry ice blasting can remove failing or weakly bonded paint. Strongly bonded paint may be slow or ineffective depending on paint adhesion, paint type, and primer.

Interior Cleaning Boundary

The dry ice cleaning machine is not recommended for car interiors because interior surfaces require very low pressure and delicate material handling.

I’ve been running a busy auto workshop for years, and this dry ice cleaning machine has completely changed the way we handle carbon buildup. It cleans intake valves and engine parts in minutes, without chemicals or damage. Perfect for everything from engine bays to undercarriage and interior detailing. It runs smoothly, doesn’t clog, and is surprisingly quiet for its power. I’ve been using the AUTOOL HTS708 Dry Ice Blasting Machine for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. Shipping was fast, the machine came well-packaged, and the customer support has been responsive and helpful. It’s already paid for itself after a few jobs.

I just received the dry ice machine, it looks like it is of very good quality. The cost of dry ice here is not very expensive. It needs to be used with an air compressor of a certain specification, and it is very easy to use.
