Fuel Injection Tester Kit Common Problems and Solutions
1. Injector Test With No Pressure, No Spray?
- Check if the testing fluid has been added to the designated level.
- Apply continuous pressure and monitor the pressure gauge for any changes.
- If there is pressure, check for loose injector connections.
- Apply constant pressure and check for changes in pump current and voltage.
- If the voltage shows normal and increases, it indicates pump failure.

2. How to Troubleshoot a Problem That Will Not Turn On Properly?
- Check that the fuse in the power outlet is intact.
- If it is blown, replace it with a new 5A fuse.
- Verify that the power adapter is supplying power to the other boards.
- Normal input voltage should be 110V or 220V.
- Normal output voltage should be 12V.

3. What Cleaning Solution to Use for Cleaning?
Recommended to use a professional syringe ultrasonic cleaning fluid to clean the injector. Or use medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% instead of cleaning fluid, but the cleaning effect may not be good enough.
4. What Test Fluids to Use for Nozzle Inspection?
Recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% be used instead of the test fluid.
When using the ultrasonic cleaning function, please add the transmitter carbon cleaning fluid before running the equipment. Do not add the cleaning fluid directly to open the equipment to run, as it will lead to ultrasonic motherboard damage.

5. AUTOOL Injector Test Cleaner Does Not Drain the Glass Tube or Cannot Store the Tested Liquid
- First, check whether the oil drain switch is in the right state, for example, whether it has been twisted or not reset.
- Then check whether you have added any strong corrosive test liquid, especially make sure you have not added a strong cleaning agent because strong corrosive liquid will cause the internal pipe seals to change.
- Do not add strong corrosive liquids. If you do, remove the cover under the glass tube to see if the internal gasket is deformed or swollen.
- If there is still a problem, the affected part needs replacement.

6. Injector Detection Cleaning Machine Ultrasonic Does Not Work
There are two situations. If you are using the machine for a period and it stops working, this situation is normal. AUTOOL products have high temperature protection; when the monitoring temperature reaches 70 degrees or more, the machine will self-protect and stop working. It needs to cool down before running again.
However, if it does not work the first time, check the wiring of the ultrasonic motherboard to see if there is any detachment or loosening. Re-plug it and try to run it again.

7. AUTOOL Injector Testing and Cleaning Machine Test Function Has No Pressure or No Oil Injection
First, check whether the test liquid level is in the specified position, then press the pressurize button continuously to see whether there is any change in the pressure gauge. If there is pressure, check whether the injector pulse line connection is reliable.
If the pressure gauge shows pressure but still does not inject, check whether the injector pulse line connection is reliable. If the injector is not connected or does not inject, assist in removing the fuel pump to test whether it is normal.
