Injector Test Cleaner (CT Series)

Injector Test Cleaner (CT Series)

The CT Series questions below focus on pump operation, hose condition, injector testing, and leaking. Work through the visible symptoms first, then provide photos or videos if the issue still needs support review.

The pump does not work?

The pump of CT series does not work in the following two possible cases.

  1. Please open the back cover of the machine separately and test the engine oil pump separately. Open the back cover, take out the engine pump, and connect the 12V power supply separately to see if it can work.
  2. The internal fan blades may be stuck. Please turn the fan blades in the opposite direction several times, then connect the 12V power supply, and then observe whether the machine can work.

Hoses corroded?

Check whether cleaning detergent was added to the test tank previously, because this could cause the hose to corrode.

In this case, please try to cut the hose a little shorter and then re-install it. Then the problem should be solved.

If it is caused by other unknown reasons, please provide a video of the product so AUTOOL can check it and provide the best solution in time.

Can’t test the injectors properly?

The cleaner machine may fail to test the injectors for the following reasons.

  1. The resistance value of the injector is too low, which leads to a short circuit of the injector and causes the machine to restart.
  2. The nozzle may be relatively special, which causes the normal test to fail. Please replace it with other injectors for testing to confirm whether it is a problem with the machine or an incompatibility between the injector and the product.
  3. If there is no problem with the injector, one of the pulse lines may be damaged and the testing cannot be performed normally. Please test each pulse line separately and check whether each pulse line is in normal use.
  4. If the injector is working fine and the pulse line is not damaged, the machine is probably broken. The machine needs to be disassembled to check the mainboard and wiring. Please provide pictures or videos to AUTOOL, and the support team will help solve the problem and get back to you with the best solution as soon as possible.

CT series leaking?

There are mainly three reasons for CT series leaking.

  1. Adding too much detergent.
  2. Too much pressure when using the machine.
  3. Poor sealing of the test tank of the product itself.

If the leaking does not belong to the above reasons, please provide a video for AUTOOL to further deal with the problem and provide the best solution in time.

Smoke Leak Detector

These smoke leak detector questions focus on smoke output, shipping restrictions for liquids, and the correct amount of test oil. Check the oil amount first, because too much oil is a common reason for smoke output problems.

No smoke from the smoke leak detector?

There are two common cases that cause the smoker machine to fail to output smoke.

  1. No smoke may be caused by adding too much olive oil or baby oil. Please try to pour out all the test oil first, and then add 10ml of baby oil.
  2. If the smoke does not come out because the heating cotton has fallen off, it is necessary to disassemble the machine and reinstall the heating cotton.

If the machine does not emit smoke, please try the above two solutions first.

If the issue still cannot be solved, please disassemble the machine and provide pictures and videos. AUTOOL will further handle the problem and give a solution as soon as possible.

Smoke leak detector does not contain liquid?

Since the transportation of liquid products by air is prohibited, this product does not contain any liquid.

Please buy the test oil at your local store. Both olive oil and baby oil are OK.

Too much test oil injected?

Please drain the remaining oil in the detector through the oil outlet.

Then restart the device again. After it outputs smoke, please add 10ml of test oil to the machine.

Please note: this machine cannot add more than 20ml of test oil.
