Inspect Around 140 Vehicles

Approximately 600g of refrigerant is used per vehicle. A 100kg supply covers about 166 vehicles, so inspection after 140 vehicles is recommended.

  • The refrigerant tank of this equipment contains liquid refrigerant. Overfilling the refrigerant tank may cause an explosion.
  • Do not turn off the overfilling safety protection function.
  • The refrigerant tank should always be placed on the load unit platform when operating the equipment.
  • Please read the instructions carefully before operation. Improper operation may damage the vehicle A/C system or the equipment.
  • Please only use the special refrigerant tank recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Avoid breathing refrigerant or oil vapor / mist, and read the material safety instructions on the refrigerant and oil packaging.
  • To avoid fatal electrical shock, always remove power from the equipment before disassembling or servicing it.
  • Safety glasses and gloves must be worn to protect your eyes and skin from refrigerant contact.
  • If liquid refrigerant contacts skin or eyes, flush the affected area with plenty of water and consult a physician immediately.
  • Contact with liquid refrigerant may cause frostbite and blindness.
  • Avoid using extension power cables with copper core diameters less than 1.5mm².
  • Do not store gasoline or other flammable substances near the equipment.
  • Replace the filter drier for every 100kg of refrigerant recovered.
