What is the main HTS709 control difference?
It shows inlet and outlet pressure separately and adds adjustable ice delivery with moisture/anti-clumping support.
What pellet size should I use?
Use 3 mm pellets. Up to 5 mm is supported when the nozzle and setup are confirmed.
What Compressor Does HTS709 Need?
HTS709 requires 90 PSI or more for proper operation. The suggested setup is a 1.5m³/min compressor with a 300L air tank. A compressor with dehumidification function is recommended because it can help prevent dry ice from clumping and reduce moisture-related pipeline problems.

Does Dry Ice Blasting Leave A Residue?
No. Dry ice sublimates on impact and leaves no blasting media residue, water residue, or chemical residue. This reduces cleanup, secondary waste disposal, and preparation work such as masking delicate sensors or wrapping electronic components.

Will Dry Ice Blasting Remove Rust?
Dry ice blasting can remove loosely adhered rust, surface rust, oxidation, and salt, but it will not remove deeply adhered rust or pitting oxidation. Because dry ice is non-abrasive, it is not suitable for creating contoured or white metal finishes. Deep rust still requires physical grinding or other methods.
Will Dry Ice Blasting Kill Mold?
When following IAQA standards, dry ice blasting can remove 99.9% of mold spores faster than traditional cleaning methods. It produces no secondary waste, reduces mold remediation time, uses no chemicals, and can deodorize the affected area.
