40 kHz Ultrasonic Cleaning
CT80 uses 40 kHz ultrasound to create cavitation bubbles in compatible cleaning liquid. Their rapid collapse creates localized cleaning action, including small shock waves near immersed surfaces, gaps, and small features.
60 W Ultrasonic Power
Ultrasonic waves create tiny bubbles in the cleaning liquid around the surface of the item being cleaned. The CT80 is rated at 60 W ultrasonic power for its compact 1600 mL cleaning format. Cleaning outcome still depends on the part, residue, liquid, temperature, and cycle selected.

Check the Item
Confirm that the item can be immersed and is compatible with ultrasonic cleaning, the selected liquid, and any planned heating.
Load the Tank
Place the item in the tank or on the included cleaning stand when suitable. Make sure it fits without forcing it against the tank.
Add Cleaning Liquid
Add a cleaning liquid suitable for the item and residue before starting. Never run ultrasonic cleaning with an empty tank.

Connect the correct regional power version, then use the power switch on the side of the machine. CT80 is offered in 110 V and 220 V versions, so confirm the version before ordering.
Select Cleaning and Heat
Set a cleaning time within the 0–40 minute range and press the ON/OFF button to start ultrasonic cleaning. Press the heating mode button only when the item and cleaning liquid are suitable for heating up to 50°C.
Inspect the Item
After the cycle, inspect the item and follow its rinsing, drying or functional-test requirements. Use an injector test bench when performance must be verified.

Use Liquid Before Starting
Do not start ultrasonic cleaning without liquid in the tank. Use only a liquid that is suitable for the tank, the item material, and the residue being removed.
Confirm Material and Heat Compatibility
Check delicate finishes, jewelry, seals, coatings, adhesives, laboratory tools, and other sensitive items before immersion. Use heating only when both the item and liquid allow it.
Check Electronic Items Carefully
Clean a circuit board only when it is unpowered and specifically suitable for liquid ultrasonic cleaning. Confirm the correct liquid and post-cleaning drying method for that board before use.
Check Fit Before Cleaning
