Battery Checks, Leakage Monitoring and Printout
Battery & System Tests
Select the battery-test function, choose the status and mode as needed, and follow the on-screen prompts for battery, startup/cranking, charging, running system-voltage behavior with vehicle electrical loads switched on, voltage, current, leakage, and data-record checks on supported 12V and 24V battery systems. The listed current measurement range is 0–10A. The menu is not a traditional high-current resistive battery load test.
Lead-Acid Coverage + Voltage Range
Test supported Regular-Flooded, AGM Spiral, AGM Flat Plate, EFB, and GEL lead-acid battery categories. The 0–80V voltage measurement range is separate from battery health-test compatibility and does not by itself qualify a non-battery or high-voltage system for testing.
Lithium Battery Coverage
Test supported lithium iron phosphate, lithium polymer, ternary lithium, iron-lithium, polymer-lithium, and other listed lithium battery options. Match the battery to the supported test setting; the tester displays the current value after the test.
Battery Drain and Leakage-Current Monitoring
Monitor small changes in total current through the negative-side connection to investigate battery drain, abnormal standby current, and charging-related issues. Follow the vehicle sleep and power-retention procedure, then isolate circuits to identify the responsible branch or component.

The built-in sensor tracks ambient temperature to provide context for battery testing. A battery working temperature of 20°C–25°C is generally recommended; follow the actual battery procedure and do not assume the display automatically compensates results.
Customizable Printed Reports
Use the built-in ink-free thermal printer to print battery-test reports on site, add license plate numbers, dates, and serial numbers, and attach the record to a work order or share it with the customer.

Reverse-polarity protection and insulated test clips help protect the battery and tester if positive and negative connections are reversed. Use the correct terminal connection and stop if the tester reports a polarity error.

Leakage Test Workflow
After correctly connecting the power clamps to the battery terminals, disconnect the negative terminal and use the special leakage test clamp on the vehicle negative bus to monitor and record real-time leakage current waveform.

Identify the Battery
Confirm the battery chemistry, nominal voltage and printed rating standard before choosing the tester menu.

Connetti correttamente
Switch vehicle loads off as required, place the clamps on clean terminals with correct polarity, and make sure the contact is stable.

Enter the Rating
Select the supported battery type and enter the rating standard and value printed on the battery; an Ah field is an input unless the procedure defines a controlled discharge test.

Run the supported battery, cranking, charging or loaded-system checks separately so each result keeps its operating context.

Battery Fit and Leakage Test State
Match the selected menu to the exact battery chemistry, nominal voltage, series arrangement, rating standard, and BMS-permitted test state. For leakage-current monitoring, use the documented negative-side connection and the vehicle’s sleep and power-retention procedure; finding the responsible circuit requires a separate isolation workflow. Treat CCA, SOC, health/life, and capacity-like values as algorithm outputs rather than measured amp-hours or exact remaining life.

Tensione misurata
Assess battery health by combining voltage with state of charge, temperature, terminal contact, and the full test result.
CCA or Conductance Output
Compare the tester’s algorithm output with the rating standard and value entered from the battery label. Repeat unexpected results after checking terminal contact and charge state.
SOC and Health/Life
Treat SOC and health, life or capacity-like percentages as model-generated indicators rather than measured remaining amp-hours or an exact service-life forecast.
Cranking and Charging
Keep cranking voltage, running-system voltage and loaded-system observations separate. Use the vehicle procedure and operating state to decide the next check.
