How CT150 Cleans and Tests Injectors

Clean the injector exterior.Clean the injector’s outside with cleaning liquid before opening the machine. Put injectors in the ultrasonic bathtub after the outside of the injector is free of dirt. The cleaning fluid should not exceed the connection port of the pulse line.
Use ultrasonic cleaning.Turn on the ultrasonic system, allowing ultrasonic energy to dislodge particle build-up inside the injectors. After cleaning, the remaining cleaning fluid can be recycled.
Test electrical behavior.Fix injectors on the main machine and test injectors for resistance, shorts, and current draw. The test liquid can be added to half of the glass tube.
Check leakage, pattern, and flow.Injectors can be tested for leakage, injection pattern, and flow rate on the flow bench, then returned to the flow bench for retesting of all functions.
