Quick ATF Exchange
With the unit connected through an approved route and flow balanced, circulating flushing and ATF exchange can take about 20 minutes, with exchange efficiency approaching 100% under suitable conditions. Actual time and exchanged proportion depend on adapter setup, the vehicle circuit, fluid condition and the final-level procedure.

Prepare Before First Use
Step 01 Before operation, check that all accessories are present and undamaged. Fill the new ATF tank with the specified new ATF. The ATF702 manual uses about 12 kg as an initial machine-fill starting point; prepare the actual fluid type and service quantity from the vehicle procedure. Keep the used-fluid container empty, and have the power cable, fluid lines, clear tube, adapters, and manual ready.

Fill the New ATF Tank from an External Container
Step 02 Place the clear connecting tube in the external container of new ATF. Set Valve 1 and Valve 2 to the positions specified for the required extraction or exchange mode, following the machine labels and user manual. Connect the power cable to a fully charged 12 V DC battery. Turn on the power switch to draw ATF from the external container.

Run Circulating Flushing
Step 03 Secure the vehicle before opening a transmission fluid line. Choose the correct adapters and confirm inlet and return flow. If the ATF702 manual and the vehicle procedure permit circulating flushing, follow the approved selector sequence and operating state. The machine manual uses about 5–10 seconds per position as an example; do not apply that dwell to every transmission.

Perform ATF Exchange and Final Checks
Step 04 Set the machine to exchange mode and monitor both tank levels, fluid windows, pressure, and transfer balance. Use only the selector positions and dwell allowed by the vehicle procedure. Restore the transmission fluid circuit, set the final level at the specified fluid temperature, engine state, and selector position, and inspect for leaks. Perform any permitted road check under the vehicle procedure; the manual’s about-1-km example is not a universal endpoint.

Shift Through the Gears During Service
During circulating flushing and ATF exchange, shift through the gears according to the user manual and vehicle-specific service procedure.

Follow Vehicle-Specific Higher-Speed Gear Procedures
If a vehicle-specific procedure requires higher-speed gear operation during fluid circulation, follow that procedure along with the user manual and workshop safety rules. Do not apply one speed to every vehicle.
