Service Workflow
Connect Both Sides and Compare Like Conditions
Connect L/R Pressure Input
Connect the pressure input cable to the L/R slot according to the channel you need to test or compare.
Zero Before Testing
With both channels safely open to ambient pressure and unloaded, perform the user zero/tare step before connecting and pressurizing the brake system. This is a setup zero, not a traceable calibration.
Install Adapter
Connect the model-specific adapter to the measurement probe and confirm the connection is secure.
Select Unit And Wheel Direction
Select the required unit, such as psi, Bar, or kg/cm², and choose the wheel direction before testing.
Start Measurement
Press the Measurement button to start brake pressure measurement and monitor the pressure values on the display.
Review And Switch Units
After measurement is complete, review the results, compare pressure values, and switch units when needed.
