10L Tank with a Cleaning Basket
The 10 L tank measures 300 × 238 × 160 mm and includes a basket. Choose parts by usable basket clearance, spacing, and fluid access rather than a fixed injector count. Compatible parts may share a load to reduce separate loading cycles, but a larger tank does not guarantee a shorter cleaning cycle for every item.
Four Transducers At 40 kHz
Four ultrasonic transducers generate cavitation throughout the cleaning fluid. Under suitable loading and fluid conditions, microscopic bubbles form and collapse near immersed surfaces to help loosen grease, carbon deposits, rust, dirt, and residue.
Normal And Degassing & Variable-Frequency Modes
Use Normal Mode for routine ultrasonic cleaning. Select Degassing & Variable-Frequency Mode when the cleaning fluid needs degassing or when frequency variation is appropriate for the load. Removing trapped air can help establish more stable cavitation; the effect on noise, splashing, cleaning uniformity, and delicate parts depends on the fluid, item, loading, and operating conditions.
Cleaning Around Holes, Crevices, And Complex Surfaces
Because cavitation acts in the liquid surrounding an immersed part, it can reach blind holes, deep holes, narrow crevices, and multi-sided surfaces that are difficult to brush directly. Compatibility and results still depend on full liquid access, suitable fluid, material, temperature, and cycle settings.
10–60°C Adjustable Heating
Set the cleaning temperature from 10–60°C to match the approved fluid and part. Heat can help loosen some oils, sludge, and deposits, but it does not replace correct fluid selection or material compatibility checks.
Separate 1–40 Minute Cleaning And Heating Timers
Set ultrasonic cleaning time and heating time independently from 1–40 minutes. The digital display keeps time and temperature visible, while the buzzer and automatic stop mark the end of the cleaning cycle.
Thickened 304 Stainless Steel Tank
The 10 L tank is described as integrally formed from thickened 304 stainless steel and welded on the inner and outer sides. This construction supports routine heated-liquid use when the selected fluid is compatible with the tank and drain system. Load The Basket, Add Fluid, And Power On
Before filling, confirm that the drain valve is closed. Place the cleaning basket (A) in the tank (B), arrange compatible parts without exceeding the approved working space or load, and add a suitable cleaning fluid to the required level. Connect the power cord (C), then turn on the power switch (D). Never run the ultrasonic system with an empty tank.

Set Temperature And Heating Time
Use the temperature adjustment key (E) to select a temperature from 10–60°C that is approved for both the fluid and the parts. Set the heating time within the 1–40 minute range as required, then press the heating key (F). The buzzer sounds when the set temperature is reached.

Select The Cleaning Mode
The cleaner starts in Normal Mode. Press the degassing switch key (G) to use Degassing & Frequency-Sweep Mode when appropriate for the fresh fluid or cleaning task. The mode can be switched during operation, but the chosen mode should follow the part, fluid, and process guidance.

Set The Cleaning Cycle And Finish
Use the time adjustment key (H) to set 1–40 minutes, then press the ultrasonic start key (I). The buzzer sounds and ultrasonic cleaning stops automatically at the end of the cycle. Visually inspect the parts and repeat only when the approved method calls for another cycle. Before draining, follow the manual for cooling, switching off, disconnecting power, and handling the used fluid; then route the drain valve safely and close it again after service.

Use only a cleaning fluid suitable for the item, tank, basket, seals, and drain system. Confirm compatibility before immersing plated parts, fragile items, jewelry, sensors, circuit boards, laboratory tools, adhesives, coatings, seals, or mixed-material assemblies. Ultrasonic cleaning and variable-frequency operation do not guarantee that a delicate item is safe to clean.
Do Not Run The Tank Dry
Add compatible fluid before ultrasonic cleaning or heating, keep the load within the basket and working space, and stop for abnormal sound, leakage, overheating or electrical behavior. Confirm basket dimensions and maximum load in the current manual or with AUTOOL.
Keep The Drain Valve Closed During Operation
Confirm the valve is fully closed before filling, heating, or cleaning. Handle hot or contaminated liquid only after the approved cooling, shutdown, disconnection, drainage, and disposal steps. Confirm whether the valve assembly is factory-installed or supplied for installation before first use.
