AUTOOL AST603 is a pulsating brake fluid bleeder for one-person service while used fluid drains at the selected caliper. AST603 connects through a sealed reservoir adapter and protects the service by stopping when fresh fluid runs out or pressure cannot build. Pulsating Brake Fluid Exchanger with Low-Fluid Protection
One-Button Pulsating Exchange
After preparing the bottle, hoses, reservoir connection, and operating conditions, one person can use the one-button start for the automatic pulsating exchange. The machine’s two sub-pumps work at the same time as it delivers fresh fluid to the reservoir at the specified pressure and releases used fluid at each selected caliper in the prescribed sequence until new fluid flows out.
Intelligent Liquid-Level Monitoring
If the new-fluid container runs out during filling, the built-in monitor stops the machine to help prevent air from entering the brake pipelines.

1. Bleed The Device First
Before using the device, bleed the machine first. The oil reservoir on the vehicle must be filled to the maximum level.

2. Connect The Adapter
Find a suitable adapter and connect it to the vehicle brake fluid reservoir.

3. Build Initial Pressure
Press and hold the start button for 5-6 seconds to build pressure. Once pressure reaches above 0.6 bar, release the button.

4. Adjust Working Pressure
Adjust the working pressure. The operating guide usually recommends adjusting pressure to about 2 bar.

5. Open The Caliper Screw
After turning on the machine and adjusting pressure, loosen the wheel cylinder / brake caliper screw to start draining old brake fluid.

6. Check Used Brake Fluid Drainage
Check the layering and color of the fluid in the used brake fluid bottle. The darker layer is the used brake fluid.

7. Use The Correct Shutdown Sequence
After replacement is complete, tighten the wheel cylinder / brake caliper screw first, then turn off the machine. This prevents air from entering the system.

Works well, has long reaching power cord (around 6ft) and brake fluid hose. Portable, light at around 10 ibs. Only drawback is that most over the counter brake fluid containers are smaller than the suction hose off of the machine. That, and only three adapaters for brake fluid reservoir. Granted, they are the 3 most popular modern styles. If you need another style though, you’ll most likely have to buy another adapter kit and modify the adapters to work with this machine.
