It supports dual pressure testing, dual temperature testing, refrigerant service, vacuum measurement, and pressure leak testing.
- High/low gauge pressure, relative vacuum and two pipe temperatures; it also supports timed retention and selected-refrigerant calculations.
How many refrigerants are stored?
LM150 lists 93 refrigerants in its NIST-standard reference database.
Are Temperature Clamps Included?
Yes. LM150 includes two wired clip-on temperature probes. Connect them to the T1 and T2 sockets with full pipe contact for real-time temperature readings.

Why Might Refrigerant Filling Fail?
The refrigeration system inlet has a valve core. When connecting hoses, pay attention to both hose terminals: connect the terminal with a core to the refrigeration system and the terminal without a core to the instrument.
- Check hose-end valve-core orientation, then inspect seals, fittings and valves and follow the connection procedure.
What Is The Standard Hose Pressure Limit?
The maximum working pressure of the standard hose is 600PSI, approximately 4.13MPa / 41.3bar. The hose burst pressure is 3000PSI, approximately 20.68MPa / 206.8bar. If the included hose does not meet your pressure requirement, use a suitable replacement hose.
- Use the lowest system, gauge and hose working rating. Do not treat the 100 bar instrument limit or 3000 PSI hose burst value as normal operation.

Is The Pressure Reading Gauge Pressure Or Absolute Pressure?
The LM150 pressure reading is gauge pressure. Confirm whether the system procedure requires gauge pressure or another pressure reference before interpreting test data.
What Is The LM150 Pressure Test Range?
The overall pressure and vacuum coverage is -101 kPa to 6 MPa, approximately -1.01 bar to 60 bar. The pressure test range is 0 kPa to 6000 kPa, and the vacuum test range is -101 kPa to 0 kPa. Do not use it beyond the measuring range of the instrument.

Check hose terminals, nylon pads, pipe fittings, hoses, valve stems, and refrigeration system pipes and connectors. Hose terminal nylon pads have a limited service life, and overuse or damage may cause leakage. Tighten the copper plug screw on the middle refrigerant inlet before or after operation as required.
What Is The Difference Between LM150 And LM160?
LM150 supports vacuuming mode, refrigerant mode, pressure leak testing, 93 refrigerants, high/low pressure valves, two wired temperature clamps, a foldable hook, and a refrigerant sight window. LM160 adds program control, 8 interface languages, a 95-refrigerant database, and two-side handrails; choose it when those functions are required.
