Identify Injectors and Record the Baseline
Confirm each injector part number, 12 V electrical requirement, adapter and seal fit, and allowed cleaning method. Label all six positions and record pressure, pulse, mode, time, fluid, spray, leakage, and collected-volume baseline.

Pre-Clean Injector Exterior
Remove loose exterior contamination with a suitable approved cleaner before loading the ultrasonic tank; do not introduce gasoline or corrosive liquid into the test circuit.

Add Ultrasonic Cleaning Fluid
Fill the cleaning tank with the manual-approved ultrasonic liquid and never run it dry.

Connect Pulse Signal and Clean
Connect the approved pulse leads and run the selected ultrasonic cleaning procedure to help dislodge deposits, following the injector maker’s material and immersion limits.

GDI and Diesel Limits
CT200 does not test GDI high-pressure or diesel injectors. Diesel ultrasonic cleaning remains conditional on an approved injector-specific liquid and method.

Cleaning without removing injectors requires optional adapters and is a separate procedure from six-position bench testing. Confirm the exact kit and vehicle procedure.
Power, Ventilation, and Waste
Choose the correct regional 110 V or 220 V version, keep liquids away from ignition sources, ventilate the area, monitor operation, and follow the liquid SDS and local waste rules.

Use CT200 to compare supported 12 V gasoline injectors under the same low-pressure settings; high-pressure GDI, diesel, and calibrated flow testing require suitable equipment.
Electrical Checks May Still Be Required
If an injector still performs inconsistently, check its resistance, wiring, and current draw as required.

Can CT200 Test GDI Or High-Pressure Injectors?
No. CT200 only supports 12V standard fuel injectors for testing. For GDI high-pressure injectors, compare CT400, CT450, CT500, FN606, and FN608 by supported injector type and test features.

For consistent test results, use professional automotive injector test fluid. Test fluid is a colorless, odorless, non-corrosive liquid used to assess injector performance and simulate working states. If professional test fluid is not available locally, 75%+ medical alcohol can be used as a temporary alternative.

Can CT200 certify injector flow?
It supports visual and collected-volume comparison, but final pass limits must come from the injector specification or service procedure. It is not presented as an OEM calibration bench.
Which fluids should I use?
Use the manual-approved ultrasonic cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank and approved non-corrosive injector test fluid in the test circuit. Do not mix circuits or use cleaning liquid as test fluid.

AUTOOL CT series products can clean diesel injectors, but they cannot test diesel injectors. Use CT200 only within its supported testing range.
How Should I Choose Ultrasonic Cleaning Fluid?
For ultrasonic cleaning, use professional engine carbon cleaning fluid or professional automotive injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid. It helps remove deposits such as carbon buildup from injectors. If professional cleaning fluid is not available locally, 75%+ medical alcohol may be used as a substitute, but the cleaning effect may vary.

FN608 supports testing for 8 cylinders, while FN606 supports 6 cylinders. FN608 has two independent fuel pumps, each corresponding to a separate left or right fuel rail. If one pump fails, only the corresponding fuel rail is affected, while the other side can continue to operate. FN606 uses a single fuel pump, so a pump failure stops the entire system until the pump is replaced.

My ultrasonic cleaner/injector bench tester. These are some Supra injectors that’ll be going into my friend’s 4Runner when it gets the supercharger bolted on. This machine allows me to do all sorts of tests and cleaning procedures, but this is just a RPM ramp up to 6500 RPM.
