AUTOOL AST609 exchanges brake fluid at two wheel positions together with one operator. AST609 offers standard and fast pressure modes, connects through seven reservoir-adapter types, and collects used fluid while low-fluid protection reduces empty-supply operation. Use the vehicle-specified DOT3, DOT4, or DOT5.1 fluid and prescribed bleed sequence.

Standard and Fast Pulsating Pressure Modes
Two-Wheel One-Person Service
With the correct setup, the pulsating electric brake-oil exchanger supports simultaneous brake-fluid exchange at two wheels and can be operated by one person, reducing repeated manual bleeding work.
1.5–2.5 bar Service Modes
Select Standard Mode at about 1.5-2.0 bar or Fast Mode at about 2.0-2.5 bar. Use the front pressure gauge and adjustment knob to monitor and control working pressure throughout the service.
Used Fluid Recovery
Recover used brake fluid during service to keep the work area cleaner and make replacement easier to manage.
Water Separation Filter
The air-inlet water-separation filter helps remove moisture before air mixes with the oil path, supporting cleaner service quality.
Low Oil Protection
Low-oil protection helps reduce the risk of operating the equipment without enough brake fluid in the supply bottle.
Portable Bottle + Hose Storage

Place the brake fluid exchanger firmly on a flat surface. Make sure the filling hose is not under mechanical tension when the vehicle is lifted.

Fill The New-Fluid Bottle
Unscrew the filling cover, pour new brake fluid into the bottle, and insert the suction hose and pressure balance hose down to the bottom of the bottle.

Perform First-Use Air Emptying
Before first use, connect the suction hose into the brake fluid filling bottle, turn on the equipment, and drain brake fluid through the adapter into the recovery bottle until air is removed.

Connect The Vehicle Adapter
Select the correct brake-fluid reservoir adapter, connect the filling hose to the reservoir through the adapter, and check that the adapter is sealed securely.

Connect The Recovery Bottle
Connect the recovery bottle to the brake fluid sub-cylinder according to the vehicle manufacturer’s bleeding sequence.

Start Fluid Exchange
Connect power, select the correct pressure mode, press the start button, and wait until the fluid exchange is completed and clean fluid flows steadily without air bubbles.

Prime The Fluid Line
Complete first-use air emptying and fill the fluid line before starting the brake fluid exchange.
