Release Fuel Pressure
Unplug the fuel pump fuse, relay, or oil pump plug. Start the engine until it stalls, start it again 2-3 times, then disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Open the rear battery cover and install 4 × 1.5V AAA batteries according to the positive and negative polarity marks.

Choose the adapter suitable for the vehicle model and connect it to the measuring probe before connecting the pressure tester.

Connect To GDI Fuel Line
Depressurize the gasoline direct-injection system by the vehicle procedure, then install only the verified GDI-rated hose and adapter. Do not connect PT640 to diesel common rail.

Long-press to power on, long-press zeroing, select the pressure unit, and start measurement. The device displays the fuel pressure value and related pressure data.

When removing the oil pipe, place a towel or cotton cloth under the interface to prevent fuel from reaching the ground. Store the product in a dry place when not in use.
