The AUTOOL SDT205S automotive smoke tester is a DC 12V smoke leak detector with a built-in air pump, air mode, smoke mode, pressure gauge, flow meter window, flow adjustment knob, oil drain valve, and fault indicator light. It is designed for low-pressure leak checks on intake, exhaust, EVAP, crankcase, fuel tank, vehicle sealing, and various pipe fitting systems.<\/p>\r\n

Review the DC 12V power requirement, testing oil rule, airflow regulator, operating time limit, overheat protection, and hot-surface warning before using the SDT205S smoke test machine.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

DC 12V Battery Required<\/h3>\r\n

The SDT205S smoke leak detector must be connected to a DC 12V car battery before operation.<\/p>\r\n<\/article>\r\n

Testing Oil Not Included<\/h3>\r\n

Use liquid paraffin or baby oil as the testing liquid. Testing oil is usually purchased locally due to logistics restrictions.<\/p>\r\n<\/article>\r\n

\r\n

Add 10-15ml Only<\/h3>\r\n

Fill 10-15ml testing oil before use. Do not overfill, because excess oil can reduce the space needed for stable smoke generation.<\/p>\r\n<\/article>\r\n

Open Airflow Regulator<\/h3>\r\n

Before use, gently turn the knob to open the airflow regulator valve, then choose the proper air or smoke mode for the test.<\/p>\r\n<\/article>\r\n

Refill Only When Smoke Is Thin<\/h3>\r\n

Only add fresh oil when smoke becomes thin. Do not add more than 15ml each time, and drain old oil before refilling.<\/p>\r\n<\/article>\r\n

The intelligent protection system stops operation when the temperature exceeds 75\u00b0C. Use the machine again after it cools down.<\/p>\r\n<\/article>\r\n
