The AUTOOL SDT101 is an EVAP-focused automotive smoke leak detector for quickly locating low-pressure pipe leaks in EVAP, intake, exhaust, fuel tank, sealing, and pipe fitting systems. It requires a DC 12V battery and an external air source, uses 10-15ml liquid paraffin or baby oil as testing oil, and regulates output pressure to 3.2kPa \/ 0.46psi for EVAP system leak detection.<\/p>\r\n

SDT101 is an external-air-source EVAP smoke machine. Confirm the 12V power requirement, air source requirement, testing oil rule, operating time limit, and hot-surface warning before use.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

External Air Source Required<\/h3>\r\n

SDT101 does not have a built-in air pump. Connect a shop air supply or external air compressor before smoke testing.<\/p>\r\n<\/article>\r\n

DC12V Battery Required<\/h3>\r\n

The detector must be connected to a DC12V battery. It is designed for 12V vehicle testing environments.<\/p>\r\n<\/article>\r\n

Testing Oil Not Included<\/h3>\r\n

Testing oil is not included due to logistics restrictions. Use liquid paraffin or baby oil as the testing liquid.<\/p>\r\n<\/article>\r\n
