Work through the visible symptoms first, then provide photos or videos if the issue still needs support review.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<div class=\"ag-option-grid\">\n<article class=\"ag-option-card\" id=\"ct-series-pump-does-not-work-29612\">\n<h3 class=\"ag-option-card__title\">The pump does not work?<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ag-richtext\">\n<p>The pump of CT series does not work in the following two possible cases.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Please open the back cover of the machine separately and test the engine oil pump separately. Open the back cover, take out the engine pump, and connect the 12V power supply separately to see if it can work.<\/li>\n<li>The internal fan blades may be stuck. Then the problem should be solved.<\/p>\n<p>If it is caused by other unknown reasons, please provide a video of the product so AUTOOL can check it and provide the best solution in time.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"ag-option-card\" id=\"ct-series-cannot-test-injectors-29612\">\n<h3 class=\"ag-option-card__title\">Can&#8217;t test the injectors properly?<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ag-richtext\">\n<p>The cleaner machine may fail to test the injectors for the following reasons.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The resistance value of the injector is too low, which leads to a short circuit of the injector and causes the machine to restart.<\/li>\n<li>The nozzle may be relatively special, which causes the normal test to fail. Please replace it with other injectors for testing to confirm whether it is a problem with the machine or an incompatibility between the injector and the product.<\/li>\n<li>If there is no problem with the injector, one of the pulse lines may be damaged and the testing cannot be performed normally. Please test each pulse line separately and check whether each pulse line is in normal use.<\/li>\n<li>If the injector is working fine and the pulse line is not damaged, the machine is probably broken. The machine needs to be disassembled to check the mainboard and wiring.
