The AUTOOL LM120+ is a digital refrigerant manifold gauge for air conditioner, refrigeration equipment, and cold storage installation, testing, and maintenance. It supports dual pressure testing, vacuum measurement, pressure leak testing, refrigerant filling assistance, multi-unit switching, and dual temperature measurement when compatible wired temperature clamps are connected.<\/p>\n

LM120+ is used on pressurized refrigeration systems. Confirm the system pressure, hose rating, clamp accessory requirements, and working environment before connecting the gauge.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Confirm Rated Pressure<\/h3>\n

The digital manifold pressure tester measures gauge pressure. Do not use it if the tested equipment exceeds the instrument range.<\/p>\n <\/article>\n

Instrument Range<\/h3>\n

Pressure testing ranges from -101kPa to 6MPa, equivalent to -0.1bar to 60bar. The instrument limit pressure is 10MPa, or 100bar.<\/p>\n <\/article>\n

Standard Hose Limit<\/h3>\n

The standard hose maximum operating pressure is 600PSI, about 4.13MPa or 41.3bar. Its limit pressure is 3000PSI, about 20.68MPa or 206.8bar.<\/p>\n <\/article>\n

Use Suitable Hoses<\/h3>\n

If the packed hoses do not match the pressure requirement, use suitable replacement hoses for testing instead of forcing the standard hose.<\/p>\n <\/article>\n
